Pathway Lending’s six-week training program is designed to equip both new and established developers with the skills, knowledge, and resources to successfully add small, multifamily projects to their portfolios. Through a combination of financial training, hands-on pro forma development, and customizable portfolio templates, participants gain practical tools for real estate success. Graduates are also paired with experienced mentors for personalized coaching, ensuring ongoing support beyond the classroom.

By joining the program, you’ll not only take the next step in growing your real estate development business—you’ll also become part of a network of peer developers ready to address Nashville and Davidson County’s urgent affordable housing needs. With a quarter of homeowners and half of renters paying more than they can afford, there’s never been a more important time to get involved.
