Keyunta “Key” Dawson is the Director of Commercial Real Estate & Entrepreneurship at Pathway Lending, where he helps business owners and developers turn bold ideas into thriving ventures. With a background in real estate development, business acquisitions, and entrepreneurship, Key brings real-world experience to every conversation. He’s launched programs like the Emerging Developer Program and the Business Acquisition Cohort to equip others with the tools they need to grow.

Before joining Pathway, Key spent years brokering business sales and commercial properties and has personally owned and operated several businesses—from a fitness center to a burger joint to a real estate development company. A former NFL player, Key brings the same discipline and drive from the field into his work with entrepreneurs.
