Benjamin (Ben) Jordan
Benjamin (Ben) Jordan is the President of Goodhope Development Consulting Group, a Nashville-based firm specializing in real estate development consulting, project management, planning, zoning, and community engagement. With decades of experience working at the intersection of real estate, public policy, and neighborhood development, Ben has helped developers, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and municipalities navigate the complex process of turning development ideas into successful projects.
Driven by a passion for place, purpose, and equity, Ben has built a career focused on creating developments that strengthen communities while expanding access to housing and economic opportunity. His expertise includes land use planning, entitlement strategy, stakeholder engagement, permitting, project coordination, and building partnerships that move projects from concept to completion.
Beyond his consulting work, Ben has been a longtime advocate for affordable housing in Middle Tennessee. He previously served as Board Chairman of Affordable Housing Resources, where he helped advance home ownership opportunities for working families, and continues to serve in leadership roles with community-focused organizations. His collaborative approach and deep understanding of Nashville’s development landscape have made him a trusted advisor to both public and private sector partners.
