A 2026 Business Planning Workshop for Small Business Owners & Veterans
Feeling busy but not profitable? This hands-on workshop is designed for small business owners who want clearer numbers, stronger cash flow, and a realistic plan for profits without accounting jargon or overwhelm. We’ll explain each concept step-by-step, then give you time to work through it using your own business numbers with guidance and support throughout the session.
At this event, you’ll learn to:
- Set realistic revenue and margin goals for 2026
- Understand your Mini P&L in plain language
- Calculate how much you need to sell to pay yourself, hire, or pay down debt
- Identify where cash is leaking, even when you’re profitable
- Plan for breakeven and “what if” scenarios
- Choose 3 clear priorities to focus on in 2026
Who Should Attend?
Veteran’s and Veteran Spouses, as well as any small business owners who want:
- Less financial stress
- More clarity and control
- A business that supports their long-term goals
No accounting experience required.
Walk away with greater confidence in your numbers and a practical plan built for profit, not just survival.
